Elizabeth Rose first came to my attention when I got to see her open for CHVRCHES recently @ The Metro in Sydney. Since then her infectious pop/hip-hop/rnb music has beens stuck in my head (especially the song “Ready”). Now the Sydney singer/producer  has released the music video for “Sensibility” taken from her second self titled EP.

The video is like one big cyber punk/indie retro collision that is fun and infectious just like her music. The video features Rose dressed in metallic tights and top with glittery make-up and messy hair pushed to one side dancing and singing in front of a retro inspired cyber background that changed and glitches throughout the song. I think the quirkiest part of this video is the Japanese drama clips that are interlaced between flashes Rose. I’m not quite sure why they’re in the video but they work and it makes the video fun.

Sensibility is an amazing track by Rose, her voice is angelic and her production skills continue to shine. She is truely an amazing self-made artist and I cannot wait to hear more from her and hopefully in the future get to see her headline her own tour.
